Need to customize agents , Hide a few columns from users.

We need to customize agents , do we have any specific blog or document around that .

We basically need to edit text maybe for few options available to users and also hide a few options from Users.

I understand basic OBIEE customization using "customMessages/l_en/messages" a little. but need specific to Agents.
