How to pass report values into navigated(detailed) Dashboard page prompt

Hi All,
I have below requirement.
I have Summary graph report with Year and Sales.When we click on Year value in graph it has to take to a dashboard page having prompt and promp values should be populated from the value chosen in Summary Graph report.In Detailed Dashboard page report must display values based prompt values.

If it's the same attribute columns in all objects then this will happen automatically anyways.
