Export mode is not there while loading the metadata to EPBCS by using Data management

We are loading the metadata from fusion system to EPBCS through Data management. But we don't see any option change the export option to Merge instead of replace. By default the members are replacing in the target. But we want the incremental load option.

There is no Export mode option even. What happening we are trying to fetch the member alias also from fusion. But unfortunate this option is not available in fusion, hence we are updating it manually in EPBCS outline and it's getting replaced by nothing when we pushed the metadata load again.
