Define Scopes for Data Actions defined in a workbook

A suggestion of a possible enhancement:
Data Actions' scope is Workbook (Across all canvas). It would be nice to be able to specify a finer scope. It will be more flexible to define a scope (perhaps 2 or 3 options):
- Workbook Scope (currently supported)
- Canvas Scope
- Visualization Scope (a bit of a stretch)
Current Issue:
We have a workbook where we've defined a data action anchored to lets say "Field 1", primarily using it in "Canvas 1".
However, lets say there is a need of another "new" canvas, and you want to drag and drop the same attribute from a Subject Area into a visualization, it will inherit that Data Action where we did not intend to have it, hence confusion on end users side.
Current Workaround:
Create a calculated measure (attribute) pointing to the original attribute.
