Hello,

There was a client requirement where they required Line manager to be able to adjust TOIL balance of his/her direct reports.

So, that there is less dependency on HR roles and can reduce the work load of HR people.

This will help the TOIL balance to be managed locally through MSS and will enable this to operate directly through transaction between line manager and team.

In many cases, there is a lot of dependency on HR and enabling this feature can help this 'adjustment functionality' to be managed locally.
