how to configure OAS 5.9 integrate OAM sso using OHS WebGate for OAM 12.2.1.4 and OUD 12.2.1.4

Our oracle customer had already finished installing Oracle Access Manager 12.2.1.4 and Oracle Unified Directory 12.2.1.4, and OUD as for Identity Store.

Also EBS has integrated above both products OAM and OUD successfully.

Now customer want to configure another product OAS 5.9 and integrate them recently, and i try to configure OAS 5.9 according to below link reference step by step:

But after finish every steps, which not work out. Somebody can help give more useful reference and KM Doc?
