Extract data issue using BI Connector

Question

Dear ALL,

I am trying to extract data using BI Connector.

1-I added the role: OBIA_EXTRACTTRANSFORMLOAD_RWD, but still when I download sample csv file, I am receiving this error:

2-When I try to run a scheduled job, the process is not appearing in this tab:

Can anyone help me? It's urgent.

BICC "Test Data Store" Errors - You do not have permission to download the data (Doc ID 2593769.1)

The file will exist on the cloud storage you chose on the External Storage screen when you scheduled the extract. By default this would be the UCM server.

- To access the extracted files you will need to setup the BICC_UCM_CONTENT_ADMIN role as outlined in Chapter 2 - "Provision a User with Access to BICC Content on UCM" of https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/23d/biacc/provision-a-user-with-access-to-bicc-content-on-ucm.html#u00180688

- The URL for the UCM server on podname would be https://podname.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/cs
