BIP running extremely slow

Hi Experts,

I am running BIP(11.1.1.7.x) , it is running very slowly.

Following is the only error in logs:

maximum thread constraint WatchManagerEvents is reached

Can you please let me know what can be the cause for bad performance.

Probably you hit a very large table, what i recommend, its first analysis the query the bip tive you and execute on database, analyze the time of the query check index, stadistics, in the other hand, check your xml files of the bip publisher the settings.
