Validations in the National Identifiers for the Bahamas country based on Gender and Date of Birth

Hello,
Customer want validations for the National Identifiers for the Bahamas country based on Gender and Date of Birth (Month and Year).
Validation Table for NIB number and DOB
Gender Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4
Males 1 2 3 4
Months Jan-Mar Apr-June July-Sept Oct-Dec
Females 5 6 7 8
Months Jan-Mar Apr-June July-Sept Oct-Dec
Example NIB Number for Female born August 1980 “4563 7 80 5”
NIB Number for Male born Oct 1972 “ 3232 4 72 8”
The Bahamas national ID number is set up to incorporate the birth year positions 6 and 7 of the NIB and whether the individual holding the NIB number is a male or female born in one of the four quarters of the year allotted to them. For example an Applicant born in August of 1980 who is female would have a number like “45667805”. The NIB number is configured to require 8 digits total and no alpha.
Please let us know the possibility.
Thanks,
Sanjeeva Reddy
