Unable to select "Current View" when adding/editing Selection Steps for an analysis Printable View

When editing an analysis, I am unable to select "Current View" when adding/editing Selection Steps for an analysis that has multiple views. This radio button is greyed out when trying to edit or add Selection Steps and defaults to "All Views" radio button. I was able to look into the XML and manually update in the selection steps area where it says addToAllViews="true" to be addToAllViews="false" which looks like it changes the radio button when going to edit a selection step but it does not look like the views are then updating accordingly.

This is an urgent issue as this is impacting the Production environment, impacting client's daily use. It previously worked in OBIEE 11g and no longer works after upgrading to OAS to remain in support, so this is a technical bug and not an enhancement.
