Inactive records in GL Account Hirearchy not filtering by status
In Source Fusion Apps ERP, Mayo has inactive records:
These in active records are filtered by Status in OTBI:
FAW is showing inactive records also, whereas customer is expecting it to be filtered by status column and show active records only.

The Business Case for this ER
Backup copies of the Oracle segment hierarchies are not currently being maintained and should not be used by end users. Any time that an end user is reporting on one of the segments that has a hierarchy they need to filter for the tree version ending in " C" otherwise data would be invalid. Eliminating the backup copies from FAW would eliminate this risk while also potentially improving FAW performance by removing unnecessary data.
