How do you turn off Annotations by default?

Once I setup an annotation or note, it's the first thing that the user sees whenever they log into that canvas/workbook. How do we turn that off?

The purpose was to use it as help reference or explanations of terms/field calculations presented on the DV. It's not meant to constantly show first forcing the user to switch off every time they open the workbook.

This is definitely a desired use case to expand our use of notes.

If the default is not showing the notes, then we will be using the notes feature a lot more frequently because users won't have to refer to external documentation for help text.
