Oracle BI Tech Bootstrap failed in oracle analytics, how to troubleshoot and solve?

Ok, so back to your test case: you now have a user that, thanks to the DV Consumer role, can open the workbook and see the various visualizations inside.
Now that same user is opening a dashboard and while you can open it, the content is blank.
What is the "dashboard"? Is that a "classic" dashboard (from /analytics ) ? What is the content?
Do you just see fully blank screens or any sort of message like no data or permission denied or anything else?

@Gianni Ceresa The content from the dashboard such as the workbooks are made in /dv and the actions in the dashboard are done in /analytics (these actions take me to a analysis and are also done in /analytics). And yes this dashboard is made in /analytics(classic).
The picture above is what i am getting, just blank , i also left for 5-10 minutes to see if it was a "loading" cause but this is what it is.

@User_H5YTA, Is the same user able to see the workbook or analysis and it's content embedded on this dashboard when opened individually from catalog. Do you have any data level security implemented in the RPD?

@Sumanth V -Oracle i have checked that for you. i have duplicated those workbooks and analysis and moved those to the shared folder (with the weblogic admin user) and confirmed that the test user can indeed see the reports and analysis. "Do you have any data level security implemented in the RPD?" if you mean if i set permissions on the workbooks and analysis, then no. however i have tried setting permissions for the role on the workbooks and analysis (it didn't matter because the test user with dv consumer role could see it either way, not sure if that will be an issue) and also tried doing that on the dashboard, but still blank visuals...

@Dimitri, I understand from the history of thread that the same Dashboard renders data for the Admin[weblogic] user without any issues. The issue is seen only with non-admin users you have created. Is my understanding correct?

@Sumanth V -Oracle Correction: the user is put in a group and that group has the role of dv consumer. I have made another user with the same procedure but this time for the role as bi serviceadministrator and that one also sees blank visuals.
