Review Supply Availability Consumption to Include User Defined Reservations

We've observed that only reservations originating from Sales Orders are being reflected in consumption within RSA ("Review Supply Availability").
However, it's essential to note that reservations classified as 'User Defined' are not currently supported in either HVGOP or C++ GOP.
Our business operates with an additional extension for Equipment Aftersales, seamlessly integrated with Oracle. Consequently, when requesting parts or items, these should ideally be reserved from Fusion, utilizing Oracle API for reservation which creates reservation under "User Defined"
Unfortunately, we're experiencing multi-reservations stemming from the Aftersales extension under the "User Defined" type. This discrepancy leads to inaccuracies within RSA.
Given these challenges, we urgently require input and support from Oracle to address this issue comprehensively.
