Dynamic Monitoring Service (DMS) metrics equivalent in OAC

As an OBIEE/OAS admistrator, I make extensive use of the DMS metrics to monitor and improve performances.

I would like to have an equivalent feature in OAC. In particular, the Peak Queued Requests and Peak Busy Connection Count metrics will be extremely useful to properly size the capacity of each connection pool in the semantic model.
