User folders are not populating child folders for Admin View post OBIEE 12c to OAS 6.4 migration

Recently migrated from OBIEE 12c to OAS 6.4. User folder contents are not populating for admin views rather throws the following error message:
There was a problem retrieving the response data: Service Unavailable (503). When checked from the catalog manager, it throws the server sent HTTP status code 500:Internal Server Error.
Anyone encountered similar issues? If yes, could you please share how you resolved the issue?

1.) OAS 6.4 is outdated and out of support. Only OAS 7.0 and 7.6 are supported.
2.) How exactly did you migrate which artifact?

@Christian Berg bar file migration done from Prod OBI 12c into non-prod OAS 6.4. However, the corresponding OBI 12c non-prod env't rpd was uploaded into the OAS 6.4 non-Prod env't. We did an in-place upgrade from 6.4 to 7.0 in one of the env's but still it is not populating the user folders.

Is your user authentication and especially authorization still working the same way in OAS as it did in OBI?
Are your users 1:1 the same? Identified by the same uid?

Not sure if it was you who submitted SR on this same topic. From the SR screenshot it looked like you were using a custom context root for analytics. We do not support custom context root as documented here :
Please share the URL used to connect to catalog manager, you can mask the hostname.

@User_0MYT7 it seems that you posted more information into the SR than you did here. We could not see the context root which Gayathri mentioned.
If you expect help from forum participants then it would help if you provided pertinent information here in the thread.
