BI Publisher - Table of Contents for DOCX

If you have a table of contents in the RTF template, it is working fine when generating a PDF with BI Publisher.
If you generate a DOCX the table of contents is displayed but with page numbers being always zero.
Oracle says toc is currently only supported for PDF, PPT and RTF (with workaround) - please implement this for DOCX also!
