Bank Account setup mandatory fields

It is needed for business to have the below highlighted fields to be part of the bank account setup. Business is looking for these fields to be mandatory at bank account setup page. Currently we have included DFFs for these 3 fields.
Date of Account Closed at bank – There will always be some days of difference when the account is closed at bank side and when business will close the bank account in Oracle. The reason for this, business may need some time to close the transactions related to this specific bank account after it is closed at bank end.
Deactivation Comment: Business will always look for the summary on why the account is being deactivated.
Date of Account Opened at Bank: There will be some days of difference when the account is opend at bank side and account is configured and active in Oracle.
