DV connections being overwritten by Webcat import

Problem Description

>Webcat exported from Production environment
>BAR file produced from export gets imported (webcat import) into Disaster Recovery (DR) Environment
>Database connections in DR are still pointing to Production Databases

There needs to be a way to automatically change Database connections in DR when the BAR file from Production gets imported into DR.

The underlying issue is that when we import Webcat into Disaster Recovery environment from Production environment, the DB connections within DV are getting overwritten with Production environment connection details (every night).
We need a way to stop the connections from being overwritten in DR environment.

Please can you supply us with any instructions on how we can address the DV connections from being overwritten every Webcat Import
