RPD Changes are not synchronized in both the nodes in BI Clustered environment

We have horizontally scaled out our BI Domain and is currently running on two nodes/machines. Configured the Shared directories for RPD, Catalog locations and updated the configurations in EM Console

When we edit the RPD through Online mode using BI Administration Tool, we have observed that the RPD changes are reflected in the Shared location and also on the first node. But the RPD changes are not reflected on the second node.

The file "0629BITBUP_BI0048.rpd" is not created on BI Server 2. I believe the Cluster Controller should synchronize RPD in all nodes. Is that not correct ?

In OBIEE 11g it's normal, online changes aren't replicated on all the nodes (it's written somewhere, can't remember if in the DOC or in a MOS doc, the same question has already been posted).

But if you restart all the nodes end up with the same RPD...
