Issue with Custom Date Format in OBIEE 11g

Hi

I am using Custom Date Format [FMT:timeStampShort] for one of my Date column in report. In Production environment, this gives a value in DD-MON-YYYY HH:MI:SS AM/PM format, but in Test the value appears in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MI:SS AM/PM format.

What might be the reason for this discrepancy?

Most likely running with different locale settings on the server itself or in the user profile
