This request pertains to the issue we are facing with the email functionality in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports. We are experiencing a problem where the filters applied to the report are not reflected when we email the report output directly from the User Interface (UI).
Business Impact:
Due to this issue, users receive reports that do not accurately represent the filtered data, which can lead to misinterpretation of data and potential decision-making based on inaccurate information.
Expected Enhancement:
We propose an enhancement to the OTBI report email functionality to ensure that when a report is emailed directly from the UI, all filters applied during the report run are preserved and reflected in the emailed report output.
