MUDE - Developer forgets to add new facts under project

Hello All
Is there any best way to handle cases when user forgets to include new created objects into project.
Do we have any way than editing latest version in MUDE directory?
For example -
I create new fact, but not included into project and publish. Next time I checkout the project, new fact is not there.
So have to manually add it by moving the rpd to local, do changes and replace it again in shared folder.
Thanks
Dev

Yes ... fire developer.
Actually, appoint a MUD Admin who will create the measures (logical placeholders) and manage the projects. This person can also be responsible for migrating the MUD master to your development/test instance on a regular basis. There's no magic wand -- just a wee bit of discipline.
