OBIEE - Not Signed In

Hi All
We created an RPD from scratch and deployed to a fresh OBIEE instance.
However we are getting 'Not Signed In' message when OBIEE is launched from Oracle EBS instance.
We have a new responsibility defined in Oracle for this.
I guess some configuration need to take place in Weblogic, Application Roles in Weblogic, Application Roles in RPD and Responsibility in Oracle.
Looks like I need to defined Application Role in weblogic with same name as that of Oracle reponsibility, then assign this application role to BIAdmin or BIAnalyst role,
then create same application role in RPD.
Can someone guide me through this configuration for fresh installation and definition? Somehow this is not working for me.
