How to export to CSV file with folder headings??

Hi, Experts

Q1:      I hava a biee report  and display folder headings as separate rows, but when i export it to csv file ,the csv file only with column heading

but without folder headings,Anybody know how to export to CSV file with both folder headings and column heading ?

it works fine when i export to excel2007, but i need csv file.

Q2:    Can i export a report to excel and display the query time in the file name? just like  "XXX Analytics Report(2016.01.01).xls "

        can i use presentation variable in analysis name,or there are other ways?

my biee edition is 11.1.1.7.140415
