how can I display days off for an employee when there is neither time in nor time out on these days

I have an issue that I need to display employee days off as "day off". For example, I have an employee whose days off are from 10:00 to 18:00 (Friday & Saturday), and his working schedule is from Sunday to Thursday. He does not have any time in or time out on his days off.
I need to run the report shows these days off as "day off". Note that some employees have their days off on Sunday.
