How to remove new line character in Smartview

Hi,

I have integrated smartview with obiee to access the reports through smartview.

But i am facing some issue while opening the report in Smartview.

Here is my issue.

When i open the report from smartview after few records (in my case after 284) ,its started behaving weired.

Value of the second column is shifted to first column and value of first colmun is shifted to last column in the excel sheet.

I am assuming some New line charactor or some special character causing the problem not sure.I tried so many things but no luck

Can anyone help me on this
