    Hi Gianni,

    Thanks for the example.

    An Analysis based on FactSales and DimCustomer is correctly being applied the data access filter by the BI Server, as the FactSales logical table is based on an LTS that is joined to DimBusinessUnits (on which the row-level security is based on).

    The scenarios where the BI Server is not adding the data access filter (of course in absence of an existence of Data Filters in the Identity Manager) is when only attributes from either DimBusinessUnits or DimCustomers are on the Analysis.

    Thanks for the slideshare link, Gianni. Solid presentation.

    As I said I need to spend time to get practical experience, (but at the same time, we delete everything in the Identity Manager from a copy of the development RPD at the time of packaging and I assume that it's due to some valid point) for now, I would like to close this thread by marking Christian's first reply to be the answer.
