OAS report table or pivot table scrolling is not working after dragging the column in section

In OAS report table or pivot table view Fixed headers with scrolling content is not working after dragging the column in sections. In this section column we have selected image in format values.
After applying the changes scrolling is not working in the report. Please provide a solution for this issue.
