Flipping/Rotating tiles feature in OAC

Description
I want to add multiple measures in Tiles viz of OAC. If user click/mouse hover then the tiles will flip and show another measure or it will animate to show the added measures one by one .
Use Case and Business NeedUsing this feature
- dashboard page can be made clutter free
- similar measure tiles can be organized/clubbed together
- great way to put multiple measures in a single tile
- extending tiles viz capability
PS: In Power BI the same feature is available adding a custom viz
