Error U9KP7Q94 in obiee 12c

Hello!

I have a problem with marketing segmentation in obiee 12c. I want to cteate a list format and generate list files.

When I'm clicking button Generate List Files, I get an error

An error occurred while generating the list/preview files

Path not found (/system/mktgjob/job35)

  Error Details

Error Codes: U9KP7Q94

But I can see generated list on the server in destination folder path.

Help me please to solve a problem with error U9KP7Q94

    Have you checked your actual presentation catalog for that folder and its content?

    That's weird. Are you running the Agent with different user credentials (i.e. a specific "Run As")? I'm struggling to reproduce this case in a vanilla env and am wondering what the root cause of the error is.

    Have you searched MOS already on whether this may be a "teething problem" of 12c?

    No, all are running with one user credentials.

    I've searched MOS, but there nothing helpfull there. I think, I should create a SR.

    Is this a brand new 12c or something migrated from 11g?
