This message error apear and i'm not configure roles to permissions in catalog manager privileges.
My user is weblogic (administrator role).
The error:
After click in Search buton then the message show.

others configurations which may explain the problem:
How can I change this?
My weblogic user is BI Service Administrator.
However only BISystem can list users, roles and groups.
How can I make Weblogic be BISystem?
Or
How can I change this setting to that list users, roles and groups is the BIServiceAdministrator assigned?
Thank You all for any idea to change the behavior.

Don't make weblogic as part of BISystem - make those privileges accessible to actual application roles use by human beings; not system robots.

How it changes the behavior from the situation I write?
It is not possible in the catalog list or group, or user or role.
Thanks for clarifying.

Do you have a problem configuring Privileges in the Admin page?

Yes.
When I'm logged in as Weblogic and I will change any privilege on any artifact catalog and not list the groups / users / roles and show the message.
The exemple:
Unable to change any permission on the catalog artifacts.
Thank you,

No. I said you have to change the privilege assignment so that weblogic (so by extension the BI Service Administrator application role) has the proper rights!
Administration -> Manage Privileges ->

Yes I tried to use this as the first option.
But it is the same behavior in this use case as well.
It seems a self locking situation.
The client swears he did not move it.
Thank you

Awesome. Just awesome. Two choices:
1.) Create a new blank web catalog and import all your objects
2.) Take a backup of the web catalog, go to the file system and change the privileges' attributed application roles in the .atr file. Happy hex hacking :-D
