Difference between Headcount and worker count in fusion analytics dashboards
Summary: Why are there two extremely similar workbooks (for many metrics) which include Person Count and some which do not. Their descriptions show the only difference is one shows head count and one shows worker count. What is the difference between worker count and headcount in this context?

Diversity Analysis: The diversity analysis detailed page provides an analysis of key metrics like headcount, promotion counts, terminations, hire counts by diverse factors like employee gender, grades and ethnicities, tenure band, age band, countries and so on. This helps in understanding the workforce composition by various such diversity elements. This in turn helps the organizations in achieving targets related to diversified employee staffing. |

@User_5XLUZ Each metric present in the pre-built workbook has a different meaning and the way its derived.
For details of each metric present you should ideally refer to Metric Calculation Spreadsheet

Hi @ClayJ ,
To add to what Ashish said, the first Workbook 'Diversity Analysis' is more general in nature and the "Diversity Analysis - Person Count" is more specific and assignment specific. Before reading the Metric Calculation Spreadsheet, you should review the Data Lineage Guide here:
Comparing PERSON_ID in the HCM - Workforce Core to what you see in HCM - Diversity Analysis can help to clarify differences.

John
