Multiple Saved Searches in DV similar to Oracle Fusion Apps

In DV, we would like users to be able to have multiple saved searches similar to how Oracle Fusion Apps has saved searches.

Business case: We want to create a central landing page for our reporting. The current issue we have is that we have "catalog bloat" with multiple versions of the same report in our catalog for each user's needs. The current functionality only saves the last filters the user inputted. Having the multiple saved searches would allow us to point to one report where everyone would access and have their saved searches.

In Oracle Fusion Apps, changing the saved search changes the number of filters available to the end-user and also changes the number of columns in the result table. This would be great to have.
