Hi,

I execute: opmnctl status, and It seems that the last component is Down:

Now when I go to: http://toshiba-pc:7001/analytics, I get this error:

I tried to restart this component and I get this error:

In the log file I didn't find the date of today. The last day mentioned is: 16/08/2016

Please if ou can help me to resolve this problem. Thanks

    Try starting that component that is down, eg: opmnctl startproc process-type=OracleBIServerComponent

    If it does not start, then paste the log for it.

    The OBIS log is nqsserver.log -- can you post that.

    Hi rmoff,

    I just see your answer. Unfortunately I didn't find a solution, so I deinstalled Oracle BI and then install it.

    But the problem still the same. The installation is not finished yet:

    Are you trying to refresh user GUIDs?

    I noticed this in your log file:

    FMW_UPDATE_ROLE_AND_USER_REF_GUIDS inside NQSConfig.INI is set to Yes but the server failed to connect to BI Security Service.

    No, the last thing I did before deinstalling OBIEE is to change the repository in "EM" Deloyment. Then I stopped and sarted the server and an error related to server component appears ..

    Could you search your NQSConfig.ini file for FMW_UPDATE_ROLE_AND_USER_REF_GUIDS and change value from Yes to No and then try restarting the BI Server?

    I found it and I change the value from Yes to No, and saved the file.

    Now I have to install the OBIEE again, or is there any other way to see if the problem is resolved?

    It seems that the problem of the last component is resolved. I executed this command: opmnctl startall

    and this is the final status:

    You now need to look at errors in the Presentation Services log files -  <MW_HOME>/user_projects/domains/<DOMAIN_NAME>/servers/obips1/logs
