Tools to list heavy datasets/dashboards/sql queries that have high resource usage.

Today we don't have a good tool to track which datasets or dashboards are using most resources. Such information will greatly help us to proactively locate resource bottleneck and poorly-designed dashboards, optimize them to avoid capacity related outages.
This enhancement request is related to recent SEV-1 outage: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SrDetail?srNumber=3-38098685501&srProdClass=Cloud

Currently, the Dataset Management UI allows administrators to view the total size of datasets created by each user and provides the option to delete private datasets. However, there is no direct way to track which datasets or dashboards are consuming the most system resources.
Introducing the ability to monitor high-resource usage objects or activities would be highly beneficial. This would allow administrators to proactively identify resource bottlenecks and poorly designed dashboards, enabling them to optimize these elements before they cause capacity-related outages. Additionally, this would present opportunities for administrators to educate end users on best practices and to make informed decisions about scaling up or down the system resources based on current usage patterns.

Resources is a bit vague here. Most customers enable Usage Tracking and use query performance by dashboard/workbook as the main method of identifying where to focus improvements. Would sorting workbook queries by either the most frequent or longest running be close to what you need?
