Create an option to pause all jobs in OAC console

Please add an option in the console that is a toggle to pause all jobs and schedules. I am currently in a database upgrade maintenance period where my DBAs are upgrading the database. During that time, all jobs running on that database need to be paused because the database is down. Instead of running and failing over and over, there needs to be a toggle where the OAC admin can suspend all jobs from running. This is just one of many scenarios where we should be able to bulk modify schedules. It would even be better if you can control it by connection as well. That way, you are only pausing jobs specific to the connection that is either under maintenance or having errors.
