Error "nQSError: 100041" when running OAC analysis

Hi all,
I'm getting below error while running some reports.
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43275. [nQSError: 43275] Message returned from OBIS [ecid:5d1f4747-f994-4361-83c5-3ce91f488485-0007ae79,0:1:25:6 ts:2024-10-07T14:40:35.621+00:00]. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43119. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 100010. [nQSError: 100010] Error while fetching data: (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 100041. [nQSError: 100041] Failed to read data from Java Datasource server. Error near row number: 133572. (HY000)
SQL Issued: SELECT ….
and I couldn't find any other details because user log information is lost after error. Source DB is on-prem Oracle EBS DB.
How can i solve it?

Please check if the Oracle Data gateway(RDG) is up and running. Please restart RDG once and verify. If the issue still persists, we will have to check the RDG log.

Thanks for reply. The RDG is up and running. We are getting this error just in long-running reports. Otherwise, reports are working fine.
I don't have permision to access RDG but will contact with responsible person to restart RDG.
