Termination action reasons are not an option to be used for creating an eligiblility profile

I want to create an eligibility that not only filters out the termination action but also simultaneously the Termination action reasons, which apparently while configuring an eligibility profile I have an option of only termination actions and not termination action reasons, which makes the task of this eligibility profiles of using in any plans or program difficult.

If only Action reasons could also be a part of options while creating an eligibility profile, it would be handy
