Is it possible to change standard message to customized message when the OAC instance is paused?

We migrated OAC from one tenancy to another. We paused the older OAC.

The default message is:

Your analytics service is currently paused by your system administrator.

When someone accesses this old OAC, it will be good to be able to customize this message to something like:

This URL is decommissioned.

or any similar messages.
