I would like a way to report that includes the following information in one report:

Sara Alotaibi

Approval Status: Details of the goals. Pending approvals indicating whether they are with the HR manager or department.

Goal details before HR approval: To allow review of all the goals requested before the official approval from HR.

Include employee number in the Transaction Control Download report: To make it easier to track requests and link them to employee records.

I assume you want to create the report in FAW/FDI. Could you please create a sample report in OTBI and share a screenshot (Please strike out PI/CI and upload).
