Translate Oracle Analytics Reports and Metadata(semantic) Layer into other languages automatically

Currently Metadata/Semantic Layer (OBIEE/OAC/OAS Repository) objects need manually externalized strings and later export it to LOCALE table. Again here we need to manually translate every string (column/table/folder).

Similarly for all reports and dashboards everything we need to manually update in respective language related javascript file. Shared Captions xml file also requires manual update every time. I request Lab/Research/Product teams to find an easy solution to avoid manual intervention for translating into other languages. We need automation and other easy steps for developers and end users regarding Language Translation.

We need to find cost effective solution as it attracts charges and requires approval for each new word when it comes to language translation.
