How do I get the list of joins used in RPD. I need the dimesnions, fact and join condition.

Have a look at the Administration tool's Query functionality: https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/biee/BIEMG/mngreposfiles.htm#BIEMG643
You can use the Columns... option to add/remove columns from the view, including the table names and join condition.
