Audit table name for Customer Contacts

We are seeking your valuable inputs to identify the Audit Tables that store information related to updates made to Customer -> Account -> Contacts.

We have tried exploring multiple tables such as HZ_PARTIES_, HZ_ORG_CONTACTS_, and HZ_CONTACT_POINTS_. However, we have not been able to retrieve the necessary details so far.

If anyone has experience with such requirements or if there is any documentation or resource available that could guide us in locating the relevant tables, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
