Need Global variable/Calculation that can be used in all canvases

We have a header and footer with our confluence page link. Currently when ever a new page/canvas is created , we have to manually add the hyperlink. But suppose if the confluence page is moved to a new location, then its a manual edit for the link in each existing page. Instead if we have a global variable, we can store this value and can use in front end without RPD so that for excel load also, variable will work.
Help button is with a hyperlink.
