Need to save a template layout with picture, oci image, header and footer buttons.

Currently we have a "back to home page " button and "help" button as header and footer also. I have seen new feature Create and share custom workbook themes in Oracle Analytics latest addition. But this wont help me with the template with image and button, but helps to get the type of the DV.
It would be good to have a template with some specific image just like below so that we dont have to add it one by one each time.
Expectation: while saving a canvas , options to save with image /without image
