OBIEE Catalog Manager Report issue

Hi,

I am quiet new to OBIEE. There is a requirement for me to generate a report of all the Analysis in the catalog with columns Name, Folder, Owner and Subject area. When I generate the report without subject area and applying distinct, I get correct results in the reports. But however, when I add the subject area column, I get weird results. I see that some times a Analysis that belongs to one Subject area also, points to another subject area.

For e.g. If I have an Analysis named "Analysis A" which points to Subjects Area "SA1" in Folder "/Shared/FOL1". I also have other subject Area "SA2" and "SA3". When I generate a report , without column "Subject Area" I get the single row correct result ie.."Analysis A" mapped to correct folder "SA1" and points to the correct owner. Results as below,

Analysis A       FOL1                   XYZ           

Now if I add the subject area column in the report, I get more that a single row something like below,

Name               Folder               Owner               Subject Area

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Analysis A       FOL1                   XYZ               SA1

Analysis A       FOL1                   XYZ               SA2

Row 2 is not expected, but this is the result I am getting. I am using the OBIEE version 11.1.1.6

Can anyone help me with what is the issue and how to resolve if they have come across similar scenario?
