Increase maximum report data size for rest webservice reports for APEX printing

Using OAC as print server for APEX enterprise applications but REST webservice max size limit to 100MB is too low.

APEX uses a REST call for printing and this is the only way to use OAC as print server, REST report max size should be similar to ONLINE report around 500MB.

at least we should have the option to increase it, or should go along others limits depending on OCPU's.

Please include this ASAP.
