Issues with Drill Action Links in Oracle Data Visualizer Using Custom Parameters

I’m encountering issues in Oracle Data Visualizer when applying a data action link with pass-through values and parameter values of different types.
To provide some context, I’ve created a custom calculation using a CASE statement to combine several attribute columns into a single field. This serves as a custom parameter, allowing me to update my visualizations based on attributes such as ethnicity, gender, and more, with just one filter on my canvas.
The issue arises when I attempt to include additional filters (e.g., version, term type, major). When I use this custom calculation both as a dashboard parameter and as a row or color variant in the visualizations, the drill action link stops working properly. Specifically, the pass-through values displayed in the drill report always default to the first attribute in my custom parameter, instead of reflecting the selected filter.
I’m wondering if custom parameters—ones that combine multiple data columns—are compatible with drill action links in Oracle Data Visualizer. Has anyone encountered this issue, or can anyone offer a solution?
