Tile Visualization Not Working for "Count" on custom Key Metric/My Calculation

We've created both a custom "Key Metric" & "My Calculation" to count how many employees are retirement eligible using the Person Seniority subject area by looking at age and tenure with the company and if those two values are greater than 65 years then it's 1, else 0.

The formula works fine in a table, and it will accurately provide a 1 or 0 on each line for employees when I have Person Number pulled in.

But when I try to make it a Tile visualization showing a total count of employees eligible for retirement, it only gives me 1 or 0. Not a total count.

I've tried changing the tile filters to be Value = Person Count (P) with a filter for Retirement Eligible = 1 but it displays blank not a total count of employees. I've also tried changing the formula to include "Count" in the formula but that doesn't change anything unless I drop person number in a table, then it will count the total number of employees correctly (i.e. 550 total retirement eligible employees but on each person number line. ) But as a Tile it will not display.

Thoughts on how I can get this to work for Tile visualizations?

1st Screenshot: Calculation works correctly in a table with Person Number included. When changed to a Count it does count "all employees" if I put it in a table with Person Number, but not on a Tile visualization

2nd Screenshot: Shows the Tile visualization showing a total employee count when using Value = Person Count and Filter = Retirement Eligibility 0 to 1

3rd Screenshot: Shows the Tile visualization showing no data when using Value = Person Count and Filter = Retirement Eligibility 1 to 1

    Hi @Alex van Gulijk

I am reviewing your case and trying to reproduce in my local instance

As per first screenshot formula -

    los+age > 65 & average worker age >55 then 1 else 0 — I didnt see any issue with this formula syntax.

Are you getting data for both cases means succ (1) and fail (0) based on above formula condition. ??

Hi Arjun, yes, the 1 and 0 are working and displaying correctly for each individual employee if it's in a table visualization with individual lines for person number. I'm just running into issues trying to use other visualizations to count total number of people that are retirement eligible
